Finished the mystery/thriller with an added 1000 words and sent it off to market.
New words Wed-Friday: 1000
Total new fiction for month: 10,000
Wasn't as productive this summer as I anticipated I would be, but still finished:
4 short stories (about 27,000 words total)
3 flash fictions (about 2000 words total)
Plus I started a bunch of projects and collaborations with some friends, including (some still in the planning stages):
+ YA adventure
+ monster story
+ horror story
+ cozy mystery series
Still working on:
+ SF/dystopia story
+ detective novel
Lots of fun this fall juggling all the projects with teaching middle schoolers. But maybe they can be my beta readers on a couple stories.
